Reminder...Complimentary Online Trainings

The online training is held on the last Friday of each month at 8:30am (Pacific Standard time).  This class is intended for BEGINNER users  and will last around 1 hour.  If you are interested please rsvp ahead of time to newsletter@goconcierge.net




go Tips and Tricks...


1.     Text Filter- You are just a word away from being able to quickly and easily search by any key word on the daily calendar.  Locate the text filter box in the lower left corner of the calendar and simply type a search word like a client last name or task.   It will provide an instant search filter on that particular day.

2.     Text Message- Send and receive a quick professional text message all from the comfort of goconcierge.  If this feature has not been turned on please contact our team.  For detailed directions on how to use this feature, please select the GoLounge button and search for the SMS/Text document under the Reference Guide section.

3.     Tab button- Embrace your Tab key as it allows you to move quickly across the task fields. SAY NO TO THE MOUSE...

4.     Shift-Tab Shortcut- Select your Shift-Tab keys to move up in the task detail fields. (A great tip from our friends at the Wynn|Encore)

5.     Auto-populate- Type the first character of the word you want in a task drop down  and it will auto populate.

6.     Go Green- Send us your preferred or frequently used handouts, documents, and authorization forms so we can digitally load them and provide you with a shortcut button.
